17 days to POP

A rest at hm finally....

Time runs slowly tis wk.It's like as though 2 wks had passed and voila....i got a bad ankle sprain from the low ramp in SOC.I landed quite badly when i leapt off the ramp.Initially,i tot that i'll really hav a wonderful rest with tat sprain.But it gave me lots of headache coz my sergeants n a OOT guy told me tat i might get an OOT(out of training) coz of tis,which is something i really dun wan.I heard frm another fellow status fella(he's got e same injury as me) tat if i get OOT,i'll hav 2 recorse my BMT for another 1 month...SIANZZ!!! I dun wan 2 do e same thing again for another 1 months or burn my 10 days rest.Moreover,i dun wan tis injury to affect my chances of goin 2 SISPEC or OCS.

When i knew bout tis,i got quite depressed for 2 days.Until tis verse frm Romans 8:28 came 2 my mind:

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him,who have been called according to his purpose

Even when tat verse entered my mind,my minds is still stucked thinking bout tat situation,instead of placing my trust in God.I couldn't see any silver linings bout tis situation.But eventually,i learnt to place my trust in Him in tis situation.So i started frm being on cruches to being able to limp ard slowly(hopefully i dun hav to limp 4ever).When i booked out frm camp jus nw,my dad took me to see TCM sinseh.B4 i went 2 e sinseh,i prayed tat e sinseh would b present to treat my wound.However the TCM clinic was closed n i got disappointed.But it will open tml,so i can see e sinseh tml n hav my ankle treated.Yeah.

Tml i'll b seeing e sinseh n get e ankle treated.I hope tat e ankle will heal very quickly,so tat i can join in training asap.For nxt wk,it can only hope,pray n see hw things will go.But one thing is for sure: God really works for those who love him in all things :-).
