That's hw much time left for me b4 i go tekong.I am starting 2 get nervous n bout goin in2 NS.I dun noe if dere's anything to look forward to during e 2 yrs of NS.But i definitely wan to maintain a positive attitude bout tis n b a salt n lite in watever company am in.(as long it's nt alpha....)Hmm...perhaps dere's something to look forward to after all ba :-)

Even though dere's jus 172800 sec to goin 2 NS,i still try to live as normally as possible n nt to think too much bout it.But it's hard nt to feel nervous bout it.Well,i guess tat's normal.It's normal since am goin to another life chapter,another page chapter of a book that is waiting to flipped open and be read by its reader.Jus like a kid who cluthched his newest story book wondering hw e story will go,i also wonder hw e time in NS would be.Will it b waste of time?Will it bring scarring experience?Will i excel n b a salt n lite dere?As i kept wondering y,i faced uncertainty coz i hav no idea hw e story would go.

But dere's one thing i can b certain:the story is going to be exciting,fraught wif danger,but its going to have a happy ending.That's becoz i noe the author is a gd writer.Similarly,Jesus is e only certainty out of all uncertainties n is a gd author of life.am sure tat he'll bring me in2 crazy situations but deliver me out unharmed n becomin stronger than b4.Yeah,am dun wan to go inside NS to keng n rot all e way for 2 yrs but am goin to do my best to b a salt n lite dere.

Like all storybook that ends well,hopefully e NS life chapter n my whole life will end nicely too :-)

Alrite am back to clean up all e spider web in tis blog.It's been dunno hw many gazillion yrs since i've posted something here.Here's all tat happened last wk:

• friday-bought linkin park n letter frm iwo jima,went wei shing's birday party wif derrick
  


• saturday-watching shrek 3 wif ken,matt,jia hui and got the RSAF pilot selection test letter at nite
  


• sunday-well u noe......

Last thursday's mission conference has been an enriching experience for me,frm all e testimony of all e pastors who r involved in e planting churches to pastor dinah who taught at understanding america course.Well,tat understanding north america course opened my eyes bout e dull spiritual climate in north america.Pastor dinah told us tat coz of tat dere's nt much ppl in american hope churches,even though they've been in north america for a long time.What she said made me impressed becoz i realised it takes lots of perseverence n faithfulness to continue wat u noe is rite though there may nt b tangible result.Yeah...e sunday sermon also consolidated tat when pastor ben said tat all we nd to do is to b faithful,no matter wat e result is.But e most impt i've learnt is 2 b intentional when it comes to mission.If it isn't den is there any difference between a church-planter n a businessman since both comes to e same country but wif a different priorities n intentions in mind.

On friday,i bought e newest linkin park album and letter from iwo jima DVD.Linkin park is my fav rock band while letter from iwo jima is one movie i've always wanted to watch ever since i've missed it in april.

There's alot more rock element in minute to midnight than it's usual album and more emotion involved.But it's missing e electronic element tat i've always like ever since it's 1st album.But still,i quite like e album.Anyway am nt promoting them ok??

As for letters from iwo jima,it's e 1st time am watching a world war 2 movie made frm a japanese perspective.What's more incredible is tat an american director,clint eastwood(i hear tat he acted in lotsof cowboy movies b4),directed e movie.In the show,the soldiers all yearned 4 hm n showing e human side of an average japanese soldier.However,it also shows a fanatical fervour to the point of committing suicide if they failed in achieving their objective.However,ultimately common sense prevailed over crazy,fanatical fervour in this show.

After buying the DVD n album,i went to wei shing's bday at safra changi.It's been a veri long time i've seen him.Yeah...it was a gd time for me to catch up wif him n derrick.Another friend whom i've nt met for a long time.Wei shing told us bout his UNSW asia problem n derrick told me bout his commando time,BMT time etc......All in all,it's been a gd time.

On saturday,i watched shrek 3 wif ken,matt,jiahui at orchard cine.It was a veri funny movie but it's seriously veri short at jus 90 mins.Haizz.....i really wish tat it can stretch beyond tat 90 mins.Overall,it's veri similar to e 1st n 2nd movie,but i still like it veri much coz it's so much.So we were like laughing every 2 mins or so.We were supposed to watch wif sandip on tat day but it's a pity he 放飞机 on us.But it's ok,we won't give up yet.

After watching the movie,we went around orchard road to pick a gift for jia hui and got a few stuff for her.It took us quite a long time to pick a gift coz we dun really noe wat to buy.By then,all of us r really tired at e end of e day.
