A week of contrasting feelings and thoughts

tat's what i feel tis wk is.There's so much contrast in feelings and thoughts involved like sadness and joy,a sense of missing everyone and the desire to move on etc.

Well,i had to rush down to malaysia for my granddad's funeral on last tuesday.I was saddened by the loss even though i was nt particularly close to him n it reminded of hw life on earth can b so short though it may seems long.Although it was a sad occasion to begin with,it's also a good time where i can catch up with my relatives.We talked about many things under e hot sun(yes,it's really hot!no pun intended) from the newest games,children to even photolithography!!haha..When i came back home frm the funeral,it was a sense of sadness yet with a tinge of gladness tat i was able to catch wif my relatives.

Yesterday was my final service with SP unit.No tears were shed except that we know tat we'll b seeing each other lesser.But it doesn't that it'll b a final farewell or tat we'll nv see each other again coz they'll hav to go to adult gp at some stages of their life.We'll also get to see each other when we get to heaven :-)..so it isn't e final farewell..they also gave me a guitar as a farewell present,so i wan to thank u all for tat.It's nt jus for e guitar tat i wanna thank for but also for ur presence in my life throughout my stay with u guys.i'll b sendin a card to everyone soon.As much as i miss SP tat tis pt of time,i also wan to move n strive forward to e future so tat i can grow as a person to love God n ppl more.

I also hope tat i'll b able to go into NUS or NTU to study chemistry,so tat i can become a research organic/medicinal chemist.With tat i can make use of all e knowledge taught to make molecule tat r of medicinal value(nt monetary value) to make people's life better.It's definitely going to b a tough road but there r more ppl out there experiencing greater suffering frm disease n illnesses.So what's my suffering compared to theirs?Moreover,i like chemistry though it's a hard subject to b in.Tat's y it's worth it n yes,tat's my aim.
